Yes — our showroom has thousands of samples of hardwood, engineered, and LVP flooring as well as small to large format tiles for floors, backsplashes, custom bathrooms and more. You can stop in anytime, but we'd love it if you call ahead or schedule an appointment online to ensure we have someone available to walk you through options.

Yes, we do. We charge a delivery fee because we believe in being upfront and transparent. Rather than burying delivery costs in the price of our products, we separate them so customers only pay for the services they use.

Our delivery service goes beyond a simple drop-off. We don't just leave your materials in the driveway. Our team will carry your hardwood flooring products into the home or building and place them in a convenient location, helping your project get off to the right start. Tile and setting materials will be delivered to the garage or other weather protected area.

Please note that our team will only deliver to the first floor.

We accept returns on stocked products purchased from Independence Flooring & Supply when they are returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A copy of the original invoice or sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

All returned materials are subject to inspection. Independence Flooring & Supply reserves the right to refuse returns on products that have been damaged, improperly handled, or stored in conditions that may affect their quality or performance. Examples include hardwood flooring stored in an unconditioned space, materials exposed to excessive moisture, or products that became wet during transportation or storage.

Please note that special-order, custom-order, and non-stock items may not be eligible for return.
