IFS is continuing to monitor and address the constant changes and updates regarding COVID-19 and the executive order issued by Governor Janet Mills mandating that all non-essential business and operations close their physical locations that are public facing. Please note that our facilities are currently open and operating, as we currently fall into the category of essential business in the state of Maine.
The health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. Based on health concerns regarding COVID-19, we are working to contain the spread of this pandemic to our public, employees, and the greater community. We request you call or email(orders@ifsupply.com) your orders of supplies needed, and advise us of date & time of pick-up. We will process payments, and then pull the goods together. When you arrive for pickup, you will call us and we will place your goods and receipt copy outside for you to load. Given these extreme circumstances, please consider placing your orders the day prior to pick up.
If you must enter our facility we are currently limiting our service area to one customer at a time. Our service area is clearly defined and we ask you to remain there while we process your order. If there is customer currently in our service area please wait in your car until the customer exits the building. We will immediately wipe down and disinfect the area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Our policies and procedures will be updated as we continue to monitor and adapt based on the recommendations of the CDC and the State of Maine. We appreciate your business and patience during this time and want to make sure we are doing everything we can possibly do to keep your business running.
